How Long Do Custom Grillz Take? UK Turnaround Guide

Short answer: at Noir Flare, custom grillz take 7–11 working days from impressions to collection. Plain metal sets are usually at the shorter end. More detailed designs and stone-set pieces take longer.
The stages
- Impressions. Taken at our Birmingham studio, or at home with a moulding kit. If you use a kit, the clock starts when we receive your impressions.
- Design confirmation. We check your mould and confirm the teeth, metal and details with you.
- Making your grillz. Your set is made to your mould.
- Collection and fitting. Collect from the studio and we fit them the same day, or choose insured delivery.
What can slow it down
- A mould that isn't clear enough and needs retaking
- Design changes after making has started
- Large stone-set pieces, such as 8 on 8 lab-diamond grillz
- Busy periods such as December
Christmas 2026 cut-off
Get your impressions to us by 15 December 2026 to target completion before Christmas. The earlier you book, the safer your date.
