At Noir Flare Jewellers, each piece is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Window

We operate a 14-day return request period. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom Jewellery – No Returns or Refunds

All custom, made-to-order, personalised jewellery, and grillz are final sale.

Due to the bespoke nature of these items:
- No returns
- No refunds
- No exchanges

This includes:
- Custom grillz  
- Bespoke rings, chains, pendants, or bracelets  
- Any item made to your measurements, design, or special request  

Standard Jewellery Returns (Partial Refund Only)

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

The item must:
- Be unworn and unused  
- Be in the same condition as received  
- Include original packaging and tags  
- Be returned within 14 days of approval  

If the item is received in good, resellable condition, a partial refund will be issued.

Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable  
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect  
- A restocking/handling deduction will apply to all approved returns  


 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect

Contact us immediately at info@noirflare.co.uk with photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.  
If eligible, you may return your item for a partial refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised jewellery (including grillz)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
- Your partial refund will be issued to the original payment method  
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing  
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds
