Order Processing

Processing Time

 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
International Shipping: We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days.
Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:  Noir Flare Jewellers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure your order arrives on time.

 Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at info@noirflare.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order is in processing or has shipped.

Missing or Lost Packages


Tracking Shows Delivered

If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at info@noirflare.co.uk

Tracking Does Not Show Delivered

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@noirflare.co.uk and we will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

Shipping Restrictions
