How it works

We begin with a conversation about what the piece is for — a personal milestone, a family symbol, a stone or heirloom you'd like reworked into something new — along with your preferred metal, scale and any stones to be included. From there we develop a design concept, refine it with you, and hand-craft the finished pendant in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter workshop.

What to expect

• A design consultation to establish your brief, budget and timeline
• Choice of precious metal (9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold) and finish
• Option to incorporate your own stone or an heirloom piece
• A final quote confirmed once your specification is agreed
